Vessel Fitness is a national and international fitness television show owned by Vessel World Media. Created and hosted by Desiree Summers, Vessel Fitness and Desiree Summers explore lifestyle issues and fitness trends assisting viewers in rebuilding and strengthening their Vessel. Desiree teaches you how to workout effectively your way.

The basic format of Desiree Summers Vessel Fitness mainly of many different types of physical workouts. From kickboxing, to yoga, to pilates, to circuit training, Desiree Summers assists the viewer in bettering their Vessel. Even though the show is fitness based its main focus is inner beauty first, then physical beauty leading all into life transformation.
After each workout Desiree Summers either shares an inspirational moment with the viewer or leads the viewer in a cooking segment teaching how to eat healthy without your food tasting like cardboard. Essentially fine healthy cuisine.

Vessel Fitness can be seen in the United States by tuning into the digital cable network iLifeTV. Vessel Fitness and iLifeTV air into over 1900 cities from coast to coast, over 200 markets including the top 50 markets in the United States. Vessel Fitness can also be seen on the VOD channel, "Inspiration on Demand" through out the United States.
Vessel Fitness airs on iLifeTV Tuesdays at 5:30AM, 8:30AM and 1:30PM EST, Thursdays at 5:30AM and 8:30AM EST.

Vessel Fitness can be seen in Europe, North Africa, former Soviet states, and parts of the Middle East. INI is delivered by dual Satellite uplink on B-Sky-B and Hot Bird 6 for maximum pan-European household reach.
Uplinking for the new network is from MediaComm, Inc., the wholly-owned production subsidiary of The Inspiration Networks in Charlotte, NC. The MediaComm production center is one of the most technologically advanced in the U.S. with clients that include Bank of America, Wachovia, Denny's, Ford Motor Company, CNN, Fox Sports, and Speed Channel.
