[edit] Background

Not much is know about Verona's past, except for the fact that she is Dracula's eldest bride. She, as well as Dracula's other two brides insisted on using Frankenstein's monster to bring their children to life in which he was the only one that would be able to give their children lasting life. But, the monster seemed to have been buried under burning rubble. Seeing these events take place causes Verona and the other two brides to scream out in pain and cry. One year later, Verona and the other brides battle Van Helsing who ends up talking the life of Marishka. It is revealed that Dracula had tried to bring their children to life by using Velkan and Anna's father to bring their children to life but their children died soon after. Later on, Dracula and his remaining two brides discover that Frankenstein's monster survived and she later ends up chasing Van Helsing in hopes of recovering the monster to bring her children to life. After the chase, the cart falls off of a bridge in which Verona flies after it in hopes of saving the monster. However, instead of finding the monster inside the cart, she finds stakes. After the cart crashes and explodes, the stakes fly up in every direction and into Verona, killing her.
