Vernal - Uintah County Airport (IATA: VELICAO: KVEL), also known as Vernal Airport, is a public airport located one mile (2 km) southeast of the central business district (CBD) of Vernal, a city in Uintah County, Utah, USA. The airport covers 254 acres and has two runways. It is mostly used for general aviation, but is served by one commercial airline. Service is subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.

Air Midwest, operating as US Airways Express, commenced service on July 2, 2006, with flights to Salt Lake City International Airport.[1] Previously, scheduled service was provided by Salmon Air with flights to Salt Lake City.
