Vermithrax Moonchaser "The Grand Wizard of Yore" is a fictional wizard from the Fighting Fantasy gamebook series by Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone. He is the teacher of the three famous wizards of Titan: Gareth Yaztromo, Arakor Nicodemus, and Pen Ty Kora. Little else is known of him.

Yaztromo's pet raven is also called Verminthrax, in honour of his old teacher.
