Veritas Prep

Veritas Prep is an educational services company with headquarters on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California.

Veritas offers live instruction, private tutoring, online lessons, and preparation materials for the GMAT (Graduate Management Admissions Test), a standardized test required for most MBA programs. Courses are taught in a uniform manner in 52 US cities and another 16 locations abroad. A student enrolled in a Veritas course can attend each lesson anywhere a class is conducted, or review the lessons online. Veritas courses are typically held in Regus business centers or selective universities. Veritas also offers MBA admissions consulting.

Chad Troutwine and Markus Moberg founded Veritas in 2001. They created the business while studying for their MBA degrees at the Yale School of Management. Their concept won the Yale University Y2K and Connecticut ACE-Net business plan competitions. Troutwine went on to win the Forbes magazine Future Capitalist award in 2002.
