Vereniging MARTIJN

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Vereniging MARTIJN is a Dutch association for the acceptance of pedophilia and adult-child sex relationships. Founded in Hoogeveen in 1982[1], the group's main activity has been the publication of OK magazine, known until 1987 as Martijn. It is the second largest pedophile organization in the world, after NAMBLA.[2]

MARTIJN was expelled from the International Lesbian and Gay Association in 1994.[3] It has issued statements opposing rape and other forms of sexual violence, and urges its members to abide by the law[4], but is nevertheless highly controversial in its home country.

In 2003, a right-wing group spearheaded by Nieuw Rechts founded an organisation called Stop MARTIJN.[5][6]
