Verbal Warning

Verbal Warning are a punk band from the Nottingham area that played with bands like Conflict, Chumbawumba,Flux of Pink Indians, Rudimentary Peni, Napalm Death and The Subhumans.
Infamous for their January 1983 gig with Conflict, being forced to leg it after their plugs were pulled during their set. Conflict told them to never show up at their gigs again. During the set their singer said Conflict and Crass were "Only Rock and Roll bands."
Verbal Warning have recently reformed and are gigging in the Notts Derbys area and playing the alternative festivals this summer. They have recently played support slots to The Vibrators, UK Subs, Abrasive Wheels, American retro-punks The Briefs, Patrik Fitzgerald and Attila the Stockbroker.
