Vera Lúcia Fischer (born on November 27, 1951) is a Brazilian actress of long-standing reputation and works in cinema and for the small screen, particularly for telenovelas. She was coronated Miss Brazil in 1969 which is what propelled her career to great fame. The film that brought her onscreen reputation was A superfêmea, a pornochanchada of 1973. Among her theatrical appearances, she is best known for A Primeira Noite de Um Homem (2004), the adaptation of The Graduate by Miguel Falabella.

Fischer is a German-Brazilian, native to the city of Blumenau, Santa Catarina state, Brazil. She has a daughter and a son from her respective marriages. She is considered as a notable sex symbol in Brazil. In 1982 and 2000, she appeared on the cover of Brazil's Playboy magazine.
