I know that the document is preserved in the annotated calendar of Polemius Silvius, working in the 5th century (in Gallia Narbonensis?). I'm not sure what form the Verona List takes and where Polemius Silvius got the list. So I may have blundered in my tweaks. I thought his name should be included.
