VenFin

VenFin Limited is an investment holding company for the former Rembrandt Group's telecommunications, financial services and other interests. It is chaired by Johann Rupert.

It has shares in the following companies, amongst others:

  • Alexander Forbes (25%)
  • Dorbyl Ltd
  • e.tv (33%)
  • Northam Platinum (6.6%)
  • Perskor
  • Rothmans International Holdings
  • Stellenbosch Farmers' Winery
  • Vodacom (15%)

Venfin does not own any interest in Vodacom anymore; having sold its Vodacom shares to Vodafone in 2006. It delisted shortly afterwards.
