Found one reference on WardsWiki: "Actually, we have been able to deploy our applications (logistics software) under just about every ApplicationServer except WebSphere. So it could be a case of vendor lock-out instead of VendorLockIn. -- AalbertTorsius" [1].

Google says:

• Results 1 - 9 of about 15 for "vendor lock-out"
• Results 1 - 10 of about 17,700 for "vendor lock-in"
