Velela is the name of an ancient (1952) GP14 (dinghy) Dinghy named after the Genus of marine Cnidophores Velella - known as "by the wind Sailor".
I am an environmental manager and scientist working for the UK Government and, by training, an aquatic biologist who would like to spend more time in my dinghy and less at the computer.
