I originally wrote this page. I didn't realize there were such strict notability guidelines, but can appreciate them. Velocity11 may not meet the notability guidelines, but I do feel that the article is neutral and contributes new information to Wikipedia, but being new here I can understand if this topic should be deleted. -BentonMiller
