A vegepygmy is created when a humanoid is slain by russet mold, the victim's body transforming into a new creature.
[edit] Environment
[edit] Typical physical characteristics
Although made of plant material, the vegepygmy, or "mold man," is humanoid in shape (though only three feet tall) and somewhat intelligent.
[edit] Alignment
A vegepygmy is usually neutral.
[edit] Society
Vegepygmies keep pets called "thornies", which are shaped like dogs but are really plant creatures as well.
[edit] Creative origins
The vegepygmy was created by Gary Gygax, and first appeared in 1980's Expedition to the Barrier Peaks.
