Veal is a Canadian indie rock band with country music influences that formed in Vancouver in the mid-1990s. They are now based in Toronto.

Veal's front man Luke Doucet was named Musician of the Year at the 2001 West Coast Music Awards. Luke has been touring steadily since the release of his debut solo album, Aloha, Manitoba, which earned him critical and commercial popularity in Canada, the US, and the UK. The band also includes bassist Nik Kozub and drummer Chang.
