[edit] Regarding IEC binary prefixes
Your change to the PlayStation 3 article replacing the IEC binary acronym "Mebibyte" with "Megabyte" has been reverted. Mebibyte is the correct and unambiguous term for the quantity 220 bytes, and its usage is preferred where appropriate. If you are unfamiliar with the IEC binary prefixes and their use here, I encourage you to read Binary prefixes#IEC standard prefixes, WP:MOSNUM#Binary prefixes, and one of the many unnecessary debates that have arisen over this: Talk:PlayStation Portable#Mebibyte vs Megabyte. Thanks for your consideration! -- uberpenguin 15:14, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
