Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy is a French commune, situated in the Meurthe-et-Moselle département in the Lorraine région. Its inhabitants are called Vandopériens.
With 32,048 inhabitants (1999), Vandœuvre is the second-largest commune of the Meurthe-et-Moselle département, after the capital Nancy, of which it is a suburb. These two cities belong to the same agglomeration: the Communauté urbaine du Grand Nancy.
