The Vancouver Dragons are a team of the Continental Basketball Association. The team is owned by Michael Tuckman (who owned the ABA's Bellevue Blackhawks and Tacoma Navigators), and in fact was originally planning to play in the ABA.
The Vancouver Dragons have deferred their participation in the CBA until 2007-2008, citing arena issues.
Tuckman's master plan includes a team in Bend, Oregon for 2007, and one in Seattle, Washington for 2008.
