Vancouver—Burrard

Vancouver—Burrard was a federal electoral district in British Columbia, Canada, that was represented in the Canadian House of Commons from 1925 to 1968.

This riding was created in 1924 from parts of Burrard riding. It was abolished in 1966 when it was redistributed into Vancouver Centre and Vancouver East ridings.

The district should not be confused with the provincial electoral district of Vancouver-Burrard, which continues to exist as of 2005.

This riding elected the following Members of Parliament:

1. John Arthur Clark, Conservative (1925-1930)
2. Wilfred Hanbury, Liberal (1930-1935)
3. Gerald Grattan McGeer, Liberal (1935-1945)
4. Charles Merritt, Progressive Conservative (1945-1949)
5. John Lorne Macdougall, Liberal (1949-1957)
6. John Russell Taylor, Progressive Conservative (1957-1962)
7. Thomas Berger, New Democrat (1962-1963)
8. Ron Basford, Liberal (1963]-[1968)

The district was subsequently abolished; Basford continued to represent the riding of Vancouver Centre.
