This book cover is scanned from an advertising folder promoting VmL, published by Michael Agerskov and written by his wife, the intermediary, Johanne Agerskov. Michael and Johanne Agerskov had a daughter, but she had no children. The descendants of their sisters and brothers are therefore their closest relatives living today. I have a very close relation to all of these relatives, and they have given me the right to use all material concerning Johanne and Michael Agerskov freely both in public and private works.

The advertising folder in question belonged to Johanne Agerskov's sister, Emma Mathiesen, end her gandchildren have given to me the right to scann it and use it in all my works. Therefore I have upoaded it in wikipedia, for everybody else to use freely too.
