In Hinduism, Valuka Iswar is an avatara or form of Lord Shiva. The ancient Walkeshwar Temple in the Indian city of Mumbai was built under the supervision of minister Lakshman Prabhu of the Silhara dynasty to commemorate and worship Valuka Iswar.
