Valerian Tulgar is a politician in Transnistria. He is a member of parliament and president of the Union of Moldavians in Pridnestrovie[1].

Valerian Tulgar was born 27 November 1956 in Basarabia, in the village of Sărătenii Vechi, Teleneşti district of Moldova[2].
