Valeri Viktorovich Kamensky (Russian: Валерий Викторович Каменский) (born April 18, 1966 in Voskresensk, Soviet Union, now Russia) is a Russian hockey player. He started his career in 1982 in Khimik Voskresensk, USSR. After Khimik Voskresensk (1982-85), Kamensky played for CSKA Moscow (1985-91). In 1991 he made a debut in NHL, where he played for Quebec Nordiques (1991-95, spending the '94 lock-out break in HC Ambri-Piotta, Switzerland), Colorado Avalanche (1995-99), New York Rangers (1999-2001), Dallas Stars (2001-02) and New Jersey Devils (2001-02). Since 2003, Valeri Kamensky is playing for his original club Khimik Voskresensk in the Russian Hockey Super League .
