Valdosaurus ("Weald Lizard") was a small, bipedal herbivorous ornithopod dinosaur found on the Isle of Wight, elsewhere in Europe, and Africa. It lived during the Early Cretaceous. The type species, V. canaliculatus, was described in 1975 by Peter Galton. A second species, V. nigeriensis is known from Niger, but is based on partial fossils. Valdosaurus is an iguanodont.
