Valdisotto is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sondrio in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 140 km northeast of Milan and about 45 km northeast of Sondrio. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,363 and an area of 88.4 km2.[1]

Valdisotto borders the following municipalities: Bormio, Grosio, Sondalo, Valdidentro, Valfurva.
