Val Walker

Valentine "Val" Walker (1890 - 1969) was a British magician, escape artist and illusion designer. Born in Mosely, Birmingham, he served in the navy and was billed as the "Wizard of the Navy".[1] Walker is credited as the designer of the Radium Girl illusion.[2] He is also said to have been the designer of the John Bull Straitjacket, which was created for a challenge to Houdini in 1926.[3]
