Vailima is the name of the last residence of Robert Louis Stevenson and the village where it is situated. Both are about four kilometres south of Apia, the capital of Samoa. The house has had a varied past with it functioning as the residence of the Head of State amongst others. It is now a museum in honour of Stevenson and has been substantially restored.

Stevenson was buried in a tomb on the neighboring Mt Vaea.
