V. V. Paranjpe

V. V. Paranjpe is a retired Indian diplomat and a China expert. In 1947, he came to China to study the Chinese language in the Beijing University. He later worked as an ambassador in China, until 1957. He served as the interpreter when Nehru visited China and talked with Mao Zedong in 1954.
