Vítor Hugo de Azevedo Coutinho

Vítor Hugo de Azevedo Coutinho (1871 — 1955) was an officer of Armada, Professor of University of Coimbra and of Escola Naval and was a politician to Partido Democratic that exerted the functions of Chairman of the board of Ministers of one of the governments of First Portuguese Republic, having governed between 12th December of 1914 and 25th January of 1915.
