Víctor Hugo Peña

Víctor Hugo Peña Grisales (born July 10, 1974 in Bogotá) is a Colombian professional road racing cyclist. He is named after his father Hugo and the more famous author Victor Hugo. He rides on the UCI ProTour as a climbing specialist for the Phonak Hearing Systems professional cycling team. In 2003, Peña became the first Colombian to wear the maillot jaune at the Tour de France.
