Víctor Hugo Cárdenas

Víctor Hugo Cárdenas Conde (1951- ), is a Bolivian indigenous Aymara activist and politician. He was Vice-president of Bolivia from 1993 and 1997 in the government of Gonzalo Sánchez de Lozada.

Cárdenas was born in Achica Bajo (La Paz) on the 4th of July, 1951. He is a member of the Revolutionary Liberation Movement Tupaq Katari.
