Vânători Neamţ
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Vânători Neamţ Natural Park is situated in north-east Romania, in Neamţ County. It is one of the fewest places in Europe where the european bison can be seen. The species is related to the legendary auroch, extinct today.
The auroch head ("cap de bour" in Romanian) is the heraldic symbol of the historical province of Moldavia.
