The UWA Tag Team Championship are the Tag Team titles contested in UWA Hardcore Wrestling. The current champions are Sabian and Joker.

- The UWA Tag Team titles were awarded for the first time on July 28th, 2006.

- In order to qualify for the first ever UWA tag team title match. The teams of Nick Watts/Jeff Flurry and Rip Impact/Matt Bison had to defeat the teams of Virus/The Unknown and Phil Atlas/Brad Martin, respectively in first a four-corners match and then a triple threat match.
