Uthman ibn Naissa was Wali of Narbonne and effective Muslim governor of Septimania.

A Berber he was married to the daughter of Eudes, Duke of Aquitaine. He was known as "Munuza" by the Franks.

He rebelled against the Caliphate of Cordoba who defeated and killed him in 731.
