Utako Wakamatsu

Utako Wakamatsu (born on September 1, 1981 in Aomori, Japan) is a Canadian figure skater. She currently competes in pairs with partner Jean-Sebastien Fecteau. Prior to teaming up with Fecteau in 2002, she competed for Japan as a singles skater.
