Two ships in the United States Navy have borne the name USS Wampanoag, for the tribe.

  • The first Wampanoag was a screw-frigate, which was later renamed Florida.
  • The second Wampanoag (ATA-202) was an auxiliary ocean tug from 1944, and subsequently transferred to the United States Coast Guard and renamed Comanche (WMEC-202).
