Ushiko - the mascot for Ushicon, an anime convention which was run in Austin, TX, but was officially "ended" in February 2006. Since then, she has started "Ushiko's Project" which is an organization intended to help anime fans have fun with one another. Ushiko was initially designed by Jason Balduf, and has since been rendered by numerous fan and professional anime artists.

Ushiko has light blue hair and cow ears and tiny cow horns, and she typically wears a small cowbell choker, no matter her outfit. She is kind and patient and enjoys conversing with anime fans. She sometimes ends her statements with a trademark 'mu' or 'moo'. Ushiko loves to cosplay and has been seen in numerous outfits including various schoolgirl uniforms and priestess robes.
