If anyone is interested in a mass effort with many user groups to work on this section, please let me know (marsee(at)oreilly.com). I work with user group leaders all over the world and have a special program to provide resources from O'Reilly. I can also help build the user group list. We have one at O'Reilly on a wiki too.
