PO1 George Ruiz of the USCG Response Boat-Small (RB-S) Project Residence Office in Port Orchard, Wa., watches as cranes intentionally hold a RB-S in the water to conduct rollover stability and egress tests at a pier at Naval Air Station Pensacola.
