This SVG data does not seem to be organized in any way that makes it easy to work with the data on a county or state level. I'm not faulting the author since this was produced in an automated fashion; I just wanted to let others know that this data may be difficult to use if you're interested in narrowing down the states or counties. I'm new to the SVG format, however, so tell me if I'm wrong!
