Red-spotted Earth Snake, Uropeltis rubromaculatus (or Uropeltis rubromaculata), is a species of snake. Distribution: South India (Anaimalai and Nilgiri hills (4,000-5,000 feet).) Type locality: Anamallay forests; 4,000 feet elevation, S India.
