Urmas Rooba (born July 8, 1978) is an Estonian football defender playing for Vejle Boldklub. He is a regular with the Estonian national team. He has got 63 caps and 1 goal since 1996.

Rooba played in FC Midtjylland before he came to FC København. He has also played in FC Lelle, Lelle SK, JK Tervis Pärnu and FC Flora Tallinn. He was injury plagued at the capital, and moved to Vejle BK in 2006, but has yet to make his debut for the first team there, because of injuries. In his FC Midtjylland days was touted as one of the best defenders in the Danish league, before injury after injury has put his playing career on a downfall.
