When a network is broadcasting sporting events on several different channels and is showing commercials on each of these channels simultaneously. CBS is known for this during their coverage of the Mens NCAA Basketball Tournament. Possibilities range from Single Urkin, Double Urkin, Triple Urkin, or even the Quadruple Urkin.
