[edit] We're Only In It For The Money

"reenacts the story elements of Frank Zappa's 1968 album We're Only In It For The Money."

I have no idea what this means. Care to elaborate? (Ibaranoff24 02:56, 5 July 2006 (UTC))

In the original press release for the album, Larry Butler said that the album "wishes to do to country music what We're Only In It For The Money did for psychedelia." The album was subsequently described in Rolling Stone as an 80's update of that album in their (negative) review for that album. --Sk'py Skwrrrl 11:11, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
