Upwey is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Upwey, on the Belgrave railway line. It is in Metcard Zone 2. Trains to and from Belgrave cross here due to the single track between Ferntree Gully and Belgrave.

Upwey station is unmanned.

The station is located between the Burwood Highway and Main Street. Shops are located near the station.

The station consists of two platforms, in an island format. The island platform contains a large pebblemix building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to the island platform, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A subway are located underneath the station.

Both platforms can be accessed via Burwood Highway and Main Street.

Upwey station originally opened on Monday, 3rd June 1901. The station was formally one of the stations on the Upper Ferntree Gully - Gembrook narrow gauge line, one of the narrow gauge lines of the Victorian Railways until 1962 when the line as far as Belgrave was converted to Broad Gauge.
