Unterseeboot B-5 (also known as UB-5) was a German U-boat built for the Kaiserliche Marine. She was commissioned November 22, 1915. She served in World War I under the command of Wilhelm Smiths. UB-5 recorded 5 ships sunk for a total of 996 tons on 24 patrols in 1915 and 1916. She was transferred to a training flotilla on September 21, 1916, and stricken February 19, 1919 at Dräger, Lübeck.
