Unterseeboot 30

Unterseeboot 30 or U-30 has been the name of several German submarines or U-boats during the First World War, the Second World War and in the post-war Bundesmarine.

  • Unterseeboot 30 (1914) was a submarine built in 1914 for service in the First World War, and surrendered in 1918.
    • During the First World War, Germany also possessed the submarines:
      • Unterseeboot B-30, built in 1916 and sunk in 1918.
      • Unterseeboot C-30, built in 1916 and sunk in 1917.
  • Unterseeboot 30 (S179) was a submarine built in 1975, and still in service today.
