Unterseeboot 13, or more commonly U-13, was a German U-boat which was commissioned in November 30, 1936 following construction as a Type IIB U-boat at the Deutsche Werke shipyards at Kiel. First commander on board was Hans-Gerrit von Stockhausen. In its career it completed 9 patrols, all serving under 1. Unterseebootflottille. It succedded in damaging 3 ships and sinking 9 ships.

U-13 were sunk on May 31, 1940 in the North Sea 11 miles south-east of Lowestoft, in position 52°26′N 02°02′E by depth charges from the British sloop HMS Weston. There were, amazingly, no casualties.
