[edit] Sources and further reading?
It should be pointed out that the Manual of style prescribes a References section, not a "sources and further reading" section. From Wikipedia:Manual of style (headings)#Standard_heading_titles:
- Some heading titles have standard wordings ... Please do not vary the wording or capitalisation of these headings.
Also, while it is nice to have a Further reading section, that section is supposed to (and should) remain separate from References. --[[User:Eequor|ᓛᖁᑐ]] 04:37, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
This template, as currently worded, seems to emphasize that a specific group will do this citing. I've created another template, CiteSources, when you want to simply identify that the sources are inadequate and you want anyone to help. -- Dwheeler 01:31, 2004 Dec 29 (UTC)
- This template does almost exactly the same as Template:Unreferenced, but this one seems to say "go away, we have a special group to fix it, not you." Please advise. That second sentence looks to me like it should just be cut completely - David Gerard 11:57, 28 Jan 2005 (UTC)
