Unrestrained! is a quarterly music magazine (mainly metal and rock) independently published in Canada.

Unrestrained! Magazine was created in 1997 with a plan on focusing on the deep underground metal scene. The magazine contains interviews, album reviews the occasional zine, independent demos and some festival reviews. The genres most commonly covered are death metal, black metal, thrash metal, grindcore, and noisecore.
Unrestrained! is about to release its 10th anniversary issue which makes it, along with Brave Words and Bloody Knuckles, one of the longest running Canadian metal magazines in history.
